Black olives spread

A delicious cream, exclusively obtained from the pulp of Leccino and Cellina di Nardò olives, with a particular aroma and a slightly fruity flavor. Excellent to season various recipes such as homemade doughs, thus obtaining typical color that makes them captivating, seasoned only with our production extra virgin olive oil.

Ingredients: 93% olives (55% Celline olives, 45% Leccino olives), 7% extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
